Do you work with pre-revenue companies?
Generally, no. Our work is most impactful for businesses with real traction — typically $500K or more in annual revenue. If you're pre-revenue, we're happy to point you toward resources that are better suited to your stage.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Strategy Sprints run 4–8 weeks. Advisory Retainers are month-to-month with most clients staying 6–12 months. Executive Advisory is typically a minimum six-month commitment. We'll recommend what fits your situation, not what maximizes our time.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely with clients across North America and are open to international engagements where time zones allow for effective collaboration.
What industries do you focus on?
We have deep experience in professional services, technology and SaaS, and creative industries. That said, if you're ambitious and ready to do the work, we'll have a conversation regardless of where you sit.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes, and it's not a sales call dressed up as a consultation. If we can give you a useful insight in 30 minutes and part ways, we consider that a win — and you will too.
